The Joy of Playing Golf

In the English natural-landscape Baroque park within the grounds of Berštejn Castle, there is a private golf course. It consists of nine holes and presents a pleasant challenge for golfers of all levels. The game is played cross-country.

The castle park offers a very different experience compared to other golf courses in the Czech Republic. Its laid-back atmosphere is its main motto. Come and see for yourself.

Advantage of private golf course is a freedom. Absolutely quiet and peaceful, also barefoot, you can play 9 holes. Without time pressure you can try new shots, and if you really, perhaps even to repeat as some of the holes it. You can enjoy the game without stress, without unnecessary spectators. There are times when quiet type of game players really need. Perfect for escape from the city for a few hours or a few days. Recharge your batteries and energy!

Are you looking to dine with us?

The castle restaurant with a terrace operates for hotel guests and caters to their needs. If you’re not staying here but are just coming for golf, you can of course order drinks on-site. However, if you’d like to dine here as well, it’s necessary to inquire about this option in advance and possibly place an order before your arrival. Later reservations may not be possible, despite our best efforts. Thank you for your understanding.

Golf Pleasure for Everyone

You can play at our castle without a green card. Every guest staying with us has the opportunity to try golf for the first time and after a short golf tasting, practice as they wish, i.e., teeing off and putting in designated areas (for safety reasons). More experienced, skillful, and advanced guests can head to the golf course and play the castle’s nine-hole course. Children are only allowed accompanied by adults unless otherwise agreed in advance.
